I have a 2010 Macbook Pro with Snow Leopard (10.6.8) installed and couldn't get the right Boot Camp upgrade using any of the Apple download software from within the bootcamp Application. If you already had a Boot Camp partition it will be available from Apple Software Update however, when I tried to update it this way my Windows 10 partition got stuck in a reboot loop and ended up having to recreate my installation media with Boot Camp Assistant, anyways.
